Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche is an American actor who was known for her many different kinds of roles in films as well as television and the stage. She was awarded numerous awards including the Daytime Emmy Award. Anne Celeste Heche (19 May 1969 - August 11 2022) was an American actress. First gaining recognition for her roles as Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love from the soap opera Another World (from 1987-1991), she won two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the late 1990s, she began to rise to prominence with her roles in the crime-drama films Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the film about horror I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer as well as the comedy about politics Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953, is an American actor from America. She is most famous for her role as Lieutenant Sheba in the Battlestar Galactica TV series from 1978-1979. The actress is the daughter and granddaughter of actors Gene Lockhart. Lockhart was a young actress when she began her acting career. The film T is for Tumbleweed, Lockhart's first film role came at four years old. It was nominated as an Academy Award for this short film. Lockhart learned the business management skills of the company from her mother during the shoot. Lockhart played in numerous episodes of Lassie. Dora in Jory in 1973 was her first film. The Sixth Sense starred her as Joan Crawford's Joan Crawford daughter at age 18. Joan appeared for the final time in the show. Anne declined Laurie Strode's role in John Carpenter's Halloween, the year 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis later played the part. Carpenter stated it was Anne's first selection for the role however, she declined. Anne says she does not remember being approached or even offered the role by John Carpenter. Agents might have turned down the opportunity in her name and not even known. Glen Larson sent her an early draft of a script for the role of a character on 1978's TV series Battlestar Galactica. The character was not strong enough to convince her to take on the part. Glen came up with a completely new character for herself, with Sheba being a more formidable character. She accepted the Living Legend's script after having read its first 25 pages. The show ran for only one episode. She appeared in Joyride in a film from 1977 with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine (son Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucille and Lucille) in addition to with Robert Carradine. In 1987 she appeared alongside Michael Moriarty and The Dark Tower.
